One question

Why do people buy stuff if they don't intend to use it? And if you buy it and then realize you're not going to wear/use it, why don't you take it back to the store?

I've gotten a lot of brand-new things with tags on them at garage sales in the last few weeks, and I sure hope the people who bought them aren't still paying the interest charges on their visas for those clothes they never wore.
