Well, after about 2 and a half months of slowly but surely inputting old entries from my LJ, finally I have all my blog here at blog-city. I tell ya, I better have chosen wisely this time because I never want to do that again. Transferring from B-C to LJ would have been MUCH easier, I'd have saved about 6 steps per entry as B-C has a more convoluted 3-step entry process and LJ has a more convoluted 3-step delete process. But it's all done now, thank heaven.
Many of the comments on the old blog just got deleted because I didn't have time to transfer the more chatty posts since I had to enter each comment individually, I stuck to the ones that were the nicest or the most on topic.
Now that that's all over, I'll have time to just blog. And maybe I'll write a few more reviews for AAR. And I'll have time to make a quilt for my Aunt S. And I'll have time to...well, you get the picture. Also look for the novel that my sister, V., and I wrote: Brittle Bonds. In a short while, after minor editing, I'll be posting it chapter by chapter on B-C's new static pages. I thought it would be fun to do in serial format. We wrote this regency-set historical romance about 5+ years ago, briefly tried to get it published, and stopped writing when we both got too busy with life. Now, having let it sit in the drawer all this time, I thought it might like to see the light of day on this blog.
